You may not realize this, but we are the driving force behind our person's snack habits. We like to think of ourselves as sweet treat foodies! So far on this trip we have enjoyed these yummy treats, as well as the places we visited. 😋
It was hot in Meridian, Mississippi so we chilled with an orange creamsicle shaved ice:
These dark chocolate bears in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee were ALMOST too cute to eat!!
We can never resist a pie with meringue. This delicious lemon 🍋 meringue pie was our favorite thing in Saint George, New Brunswick Canada.
We do fun things besides eating. We got a kick out of watching the tides change in the Bay of Fundy. We were at Hopewell Rocks when we met this friendly moose:
Being bears, we love fish. In Halls Harbour, Nova Scotia we enjoyed meeting this fun-loving lobster:
Our FAVORITE stop was Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. Check out the cool lighthouse there!
After spending the day at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site we went to the Sydney (Nova Scotia) waterfront for dinner. Here we are relaxing in a giant Adirondack chair!
Speaking of giant, check out this Giant Fiddle! We really embraced the Celtic music 🎶 in Nova Scotia.
We couldn't fit in if we didn't dress the part. So we went shopping for some tartan material. Don't you think this one brings out the blue in Wendy's eyes?
Well, we "found" some green plaid tartan (our person is very cheap) and borrowed this smaller fiddle. We're ready to go to a Céilidh and do some square dancing!
Look at this beautiful view on the Cabot Trail! We have the best seats in the car!
We stopped at the Whale Interpretive Centre along the Cabot Trail. We had a whale of a good time here!
On our way to a Céilidh in Mabou, Nova Scotia we stopped at a beautiful church - Mother Of Sorrows Pioneer Shrine. There was also a miniature church that was just our size!
We're heading to Quebec next. We really love the Canadians, they are so kind, even to us bears!
